Pelvic health physiotherapy is a specialized branch of physiotherapy that involves both internal and external assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor muscles, ligaments and tissues. These are connected at the bottom of the pelvis forming a bowl to support all of our abdominal and pelvic organs including the bladder, rectum, and the uterus. Pelvic health physiotherapy is recommended for anyone experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction. Our pelvic health physiotherapist, Agnes Budyn, will provide the compassionate attention needed to help with these sensitive issues.

Registered Massage Therapy

We help alleviate muscle stiffness and strain, improve muscle flexibility, enhance mobility, and improve lymphatic drainage. No conditions at all? Massage therapy is excellent for relaxation and reducing stress.

Mihir is a massage therapy graduate who studied at Sutherland Chan School and Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy and is in good standing with the CMTO. Sports injuries like frozen shoulder, elbow injuries, etc., always plagued him until he had a chance encounter with an RMT and began to show signs of improvement! A full recovery from these injuries encouraged him to study massage therapy and leave behind his successful career in finance. The satisfaction of helping others with their pain, forming empathetic connections, and putting others’ needs first, while taking care of his own health, was something Mihir craved but didn’t know how to channel into a career worth pursuing until he found RMT.

Mihir uses a combination of relaxing Swedish techniques , deep tissue, myofascial stretching, and trigger point work to give his clients relief and well -being. Whether they are office workers who sit long hours at their desks or avid sports enthusiasts and weekend warriors, the head, neck and shoulders are almost always affected. Mihir draws from his own experience and believes he does his best work with these areas.

Massage therapy, along with stretching and exercise, is a powerful tool that he believes can enrich lives and promote good health so that people can live life to the fullest. Mihir works with his clients’ pace and comfort level so that they can work together to reach well-defined goals. In his spare time he loves reading, watching thriller movies and exploring the city.
